There is going to be a memorial service today for Steve Blumenthal at the temple near his house from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. There will be transportation leaving from Secrets Bar off Walking Street in Pattaya at 4:00 p.m., and returning to TQ2 afterwards.

If you want to drive yourself, take Sukhumvit Road north through Naklua out to the highway that heads southbound past the Regents School. About 4 miles before Regents, about 2 miles after you leave Sukhumvit, you'll see a temple-style arch over a turn on your left. (Kind of close to a Shell station, if memory serves.) Drive down that road until you see the monstrous temple.
