Kim Jong Il Out of Congnac & Nukes. Talks Resume.

North Korea defiantly proclaimed itself a nuclear power Monday and demanded all sanctions against the regime be lifted before it disarms, meeting with the U.S. and regional powers Monday at the first full arms talks since Pyongyang's nuclear test.

Among the North's demands were the lifting of all U.N. sanctions and U.S. financial restrictions, along with being given a nuclear reactor for power and energy aid until it is built, according to a summary of opening speeches released by one of the delegations involved.
So let me see here: Your Smurf-sized nuclear bomb was a dud, and because of that you expect the rest of the world to (a) give you money, (b) give you a nuclear reactor, and (c) give you oil. Do I have that right?

No wonder their country is so f**ked up. The entire population of North Korea is stoned.
