Pants On Fire

Rush Limbaugh admits... on his show... to all of his listeners... that he has been lying to them for years about how great the Republicans were, and about how much he supported them, and about what he thought of Republican policies. With regards to the Democratic election victory:

I feel liberated and I am just going to tell you as plainly as I can why: I no longer am going to have to carry the water for people who I don't think deserve having their water carried. Now you might say, "Well why have you been doing it?" Because the stakes are high. — Rush Limbaugh

Any questions left out there about this man's integrity as a journalist? As a pundit? As a conservative? No? Didn't think so. Rush Limbaugh just admitted to everyone he is a (former, at best) puke funnel for the Republican party.

So, all of you who believed what Rush believed, felt what Rush felt, said what Rush said, and supported what Rush supported, here is all the evidence you need that you were duped. Rush Limbaugh was feeding you propaganda that even he himself didn't believe. Rush Limbaugh was making excuses that he knew were crap. Rush Limbaugh was defending policies he knew were indefensible. Rush Limbaugh didn't care though, because he was getting paid very well to purposefully make you stupid.

Yes indeed: You dittoheads are all gullible twats who listened for years to Limbaugh's bulls**t. Rush himself has now told you exactly that. You supported the Republican agenda because people like Rush fed you lies and he knew you were dumb enough to believe him.

Suckers.

(Oh: Keep tuning in to Rush though. I'm sure he has turned a corner now, and in the future, he won't be toeing the Republican line anymore even when he disagrees with their policies. Riiiiight???)
