Out to Cambodia today to get my visa taken care of. Then back home for egg-drop soup for lunch, after which came 5 hours of work, a plate of spaghetti, a little television, and then off to bed.
I'm thinking about adding a Daily Thai Lesson entry to the blog, but I'm really tired right now with my stomach full of spaghetti. I'll give it some more thought tomorrow.

Ah, egg-drop soup. Does the spaghetti in Thailand include carrot cubes and wieners?
Just curious.
The egg drop soup is my own recipe, as is the spaghetti sauce. When I first came to Thailand 4 years ago, it actually was like you think: A vegetable puree with a tomato base. Now though, it seems that all the restaurants are just following my lead: Prego spaghetti sauce with some ground beef and onions tossed in. (I kind of miss the carrot-cube sauce in a way.)
