Daily Report #1784

I slept in today, and then put in 5 hours of work before calling it a day. Then I watched TV with Mike. Not much else to report. Taking it easy on the blogging as well. (We all need a break from what we enjoy most every once in a while.)

Hi Jil,

Somehow your website showed up in my 'bookmarks' folder after a Smirnoff-sponsored night of surfing. I have no idea where I found the link, but I've been enjoying reading your blog for the past week. Must say, a lot of very recognizable things that bring a smile to my face.

Somewhere you mentioned having written another blog before this one for two years. There's another very sloooooow day at the office coming up and I would be very interested to read about your early days in Thailand. Could you give us a link to that old blog if it's still online?

Franky: You really don't expect me to "answer" every one of your comments do you? I mean, if your comment has a question mark in it... then OK... I can see how you might expect an answer by asking a question. Otherwise, I respond to comments only if I can add to what was said.

I read all the comments though, and all of my readers get the same level/likelihood of response.

Thanks for the compliment. Unfortunately, that other blog is lost to history. Although I do have archives on my home computer, they are no longer available for public consumption. Sorry.
