Why I Love My Job

The one line I used to pull out at every job interview — and it always seemed to knock people's socks off —was, "You know, I have a saying: How much you enjoy your job has nothing to do with what you see when you look down at your desk, but what you see when you look up from your desk." (Interviewers would look like I'd just said the most important thing that any job applicant has ever said.)

So, anyway, based on the above... how much do I love my job?

(I don't think the interviewers back in Manhattan skyscrapers imagined that this was what I had in mind.)
