This story is a little bit old, but I'm getting caught up.In Pattaya on December 30th, a drunk Norweigen man decided to pull his car out into oncoming traffic to zip past some other patiently-waiting motorists at the Jomtien Tepprasit intersection, only to smash into a British man on a motorcycle and kill him.
In Pattaya on December 31st, a drunk Norweigen out on bail for killing a British man on a motorcycle blew his arm off with fireworks.
Obviously the vehicular manslaughter charges are still pending, even though karma has already rendered her verdict.
