It's been a week or so, so it's high time for another break-in at Suksabai Villas. It is startling that the houses in this neighborhood are broken into with such regularity, but it is even more startling that every time the thieves break in, they make away with massive amounts of cash and valuables.I hate to blame the victims, but if you live in a housing development where 20 or 30 out of the 200 or 300 houses are burgled per year... a 10% probability, give or take... and that is if the thieves aren't specifically targeting only farangs, which they probably are, pushing the probability even higher... why on earth would you leave 700,000 baht ($20,000) of cash and gold in your house?
