Once again, if it is after midnight, stay off of Third Road. That is where all the bad Thai people go to play snooker, sing karaoke, drink whiskey, and wait for big fat rich farangs like me or you to drive by. It's also the time and place where all the drunk Thai people get in their cars or on their motorcycles and attempt to drive home... while striving to do their best not to hit and kill the big fat rich farangs in their paths.Do yourself a favor: Take Soi Buakhao, one street closer to the beach instead of Third Road. Take Second Road if you are heading north.
