Suksabai Villa Still Burglary Capital Of Pattaya

One of my best friends was sitting one night at his computer in his living room at his home in Suksabai Villas when a burglar cut the screen on his front door, unlocked it, walked right past my best friend's back where he was sitting, stole cameras and phones, walked into the bedroom where his wife was sleeping, and stole her phone from the nightstand right next to her, and then left. The next day, he had an alarm system installed.

About two break-ins per week occur in Suksabai Villa, Pattaya's oldest and most crime-infested housing development. If you own a house there and you don't have an alarm system, you really should think about getting one. If you are a home owner anyplace else in Pattaya... it really wouldn't be a bad idea either. Hold-ups, robberies, and assaults may be generally going down in Pattaya, but break-ins and burglaries seem still to be thriving.

Most people in Suksabai don't want to spend money on a proper burglar system. They still think it will only happen to others.
