Work was alright today, although it seemed to drag out.
In the afternoon, Epril and I were invited over to Stan's house for Indian food. Stan hosted. TQ2 owner Alf, and TQ2 managers Russ and Wood were there. American Jeff showed up with his lovely date. Geordan was there as well. Old friends Fred and Cliff were there, along with Fred's wife. Champion owner Jiu was there with his date — a very pretty Thai lady whose name I did not learn. Damon from Canada was there, as was Stan's best friend going back 20 years, John Boy... who is one fellow I truly enjoy chatting with.We sat around for a few hours waiting for the food to arrive. It seems like this same Indian restaurant always shows up 2 hours late with the food, which is annoying, although gives everybody ample time to get liquored up.
