Most likely due to the fact that Epril is small, brown, and female, Maid Go has figured that she can get Epril interested in Thai food. (Admittedly, with encouragment from myself,) Epril has been trying the bits and pieces of awfulness that passes as Thai cuisine which Maid Go offers to her with a hearty smile... and a subsequent green-faced gag.
Yesterday, Maid Go seemed to have fed Epril more than just bad-tasting food, and Epril woke up this morning with some heavy-duty vomiting.
Epril was able to get out of the house during the afternoon (admittedly, with encouragement from myself,) and go with Maid Go down to Big C (where she yakked some more in the bathroom).
When Epril got home, I did what any kind-hearted boyfriend would do: I went out to 7-11 and bought Epril some Gatorade, 3 chocolate bars, a pint of chocolate ice cream, and a phone card so that Epril could call her mother and whinge about how Maid Go is trying to kill her, first with a scooter, and now with poison.
Anyway, I spent the day working. I had rice and beans for lunch, and then some fried rice and chicken that Maid Go made for dinner. Epril was all better by this evening, and we sat around and watched TV together.

I suspect water.
Often here, people get sick if the water has more than normal bacteria. Although, diarrhea is more common.
Perhaps maid Go used tap water in preparing the food.
Just a suggestion.
