Internet café owners are accusing police of sending customers into their businesses to use their computers, and these customers then deposit porn and music files on the computers before leaving. The police come in and
confiscate the computers and demand 20,000 baht per machine for their return. Obviously, internet café owners should start checking their computers for new files after each customer leaves.
