A recent broad-daylight drive-by shooting of a karaoke bar owner caught on video surveillance camera has caused a bit of a stir in Pattaya.Arrests were quickly made of a gang of men well-known to police... one member of which was an employee of the infamous criminal-infested "Pattaya Police Volunteer" organization. The "Volunteer" gang member would use the police radio given to him by the police department to be a lookout for his other gang members to commit crimes.
Sorry, but after numerous complaints about these law-breaking "pseudo-cops", this Volunteer police organization must be disbanded. It is directly contributing to the lawless and corrupt image that the Pattaya government is trying so hard to leave behind.
