A German fellow got drunk and decided — upon hearing the Muslim azaan, the 5-times-daily call to prayer — to go over to the mosque and go on a rampage. (Apparently his car bomb was in the shop.)The Muslims, obviously upset that anyone would become violent over their 5:00 a.m. 200-decibel rendition of Allah's Anthem, called the police to arrest the man, and he was duly charged with section 305.7 of the Thai penal code: "Stupidity for renting or buying a home within 2 miles of a mosque."
