Not a very good day of work. Half of it was being lazy, the other half being distracted by other things that were simply more interesting. Oh well, whaddya gonna do?
I had a big salad for lunch, using all of the vegetables I had purchased at Foodland yesterday... broccoli, corn, mushrooms, and a dozen more... a veritable salad bar. Oh: Foodland is also finally selling fat-free salad dressing too, which is nice (although the Ranch dressing I bought tastes like shit).
It's really the one category of food that is impossible to buy in Thailand: Diet, fat free, low carb, healthy food. Everybody normally eats so healthy here in Thailand, and the native food is so low-fat and full of vitamins and stuff, nobody is needing (or could imagine) going out and spending $3 on some fat-free salad dressing that tastes like shit but won't make you fat. Thai people aren't fat, and aren't going to get fat no matter how much Thai food they eat.

But I don't see many thai's lobbing on ranch dressing onto salads.
If you really want to lose weight; just copy what Pui eats and add a little bit more.
IMHO
