It was out for Bob's BBQ all-you-can-eat free buffet at TQ2. Rick and Justin came along as well.I snapped this rarest of photos: A Thursday night at 8:00 p.m., and Walking Street is deserted. Granted, the photo is in the middle of a downpour, but that's about the only thing that would ever get the world's most party-hearty street to empty out in Prime Time.
