Aikido Lessons In Pattaya
Epril and I are taking a series of Aikido martial arts classes with our friend Geordan Reynolds at the martial arts center in Mike Shopping Mall, 4th floor. For those of you who don't know, Aikido is the martial art that focuses primarily on using an attacker's energy against him or her, while minimizing your own effort and minimizing injury to all parties involved. It is a particularly good martial art for the old, the small, and the weak, because strength is not a requirement.Geordan loves to teach, and anybody who is interested in taking classes (very reasonably priced) can e-mail Geordan at edu.specialists@gmail.com.
