YouTube Strikes Again

First you watch, and don't understand. Then you watch and you understand, but it's not all that funny. Then you watch and it's funny. Then you watch and you start feeling a little sorry for everyone. Then comes the final part, and you finally find out why this unseats the Japanese aerobic girls below for funniest video you've seen in a while. $20 bill offer still stands.

Okay. Why was the guy laughing, and what was the person in the back saying with the microphone. Call me stupid, but I didn't get it. Spell it out for me.

Wow. You REALLY didn't get it, did you?

And... I gave it a serious moment's thought, and seriously: Don't take it as an insult. That actualy makes you better than the 99.99% of the rest of the people on this planet who will laugh at this video.

So I will explain it to you: It is human nature to find humor in those people who are not "normal". The interviewer was caught off-guard by the high-pitched voice of the first man. He was (rudely) finding that man's voice funny, and could not control his reaction. The second man, with the exact opposite (but still "abnormal") low, gravel-ly voice, just exacerbated the interviewer's fits of laughter. We (normal, judgemental) humans all understand (and yet condemn) the interviewer's reaction, and in the conundrum of his reaction find the humor.

Your inability to grasp the humor means that you are beyond noticing such petty differences in people, and... well... while you don't get the joke, you win a gold star for... I don't know... NOT noticing people's differences, I guess.

Congratulations, in an odd way. I wish you had signed your name as something other than "anonymous", because I actually do appreciate your inability to see the humor.

This video was super funny and thank you for sharing. I found it funny in the first few seconds, does that put me in the 99.9% catagory or another catagory all together.

To the first comment poster: there is a comedian named CARLOS MENCINA that you may want to watch. He breaks down the 'dumbing' of society and how people that think they are normal are really mentally retarded. It is not your fault, mind you. It is the fault of your parents for not letting you know that you are really stupid. I know this may hurt your feelings but better you know late than never.
Good day.
Thanks for the great video Jil.
